Upon our arrival in the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will be greeted by a representative from Nepal Adventure Point who will drop us off at our hotel. After checking in, we take a rest or we may also stroll in the streets of Thamel, a tourist hub in Kathmandu for some souvenir shopping.
Today after breakfast we start a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swoyambhunath) and Buddhist shrine (Bouddhanath) which is one of the largest stupas in the world. At noon, there will be a pre-trip discussion where we can meet our trek leader and other team members. Nepal Adventure Point briefs us regarding our trek as well as provides us an opportunity to ask any questions we may have regarding our upcoming adventure.
After breakfast, we drive to rafting put in point at Trishuli River. This River package will let you; enjoy the most thrilling white water river rafting for 3 heavenly hours. After a briefing about safe rafting from your River guide, you will be all set for your rafting trips down the Trishuli River of grade 3 & 4. This rafting trip is sure to give you the most amazing experience filled with utmost thrill. After an adventurous rafting session in Trishuli, we drive to Chitwan National Park. The park is one of Asia's most famous national parks, the forest & grassland landscape is home to many birds and animals including the majestic Indian elephant and the ever-elusive Bengal Tiger. The park is most famous however for its population of the rare one-horned rhinoceros. We include various activities in and around the park, including a gentle canoe ride down the Rapti River, a half-day jungle walk, jeep and elephant safaris, as well as a local village walk and cultural program.
This day enjoy elephant back safari, canoeing elephant ride and breeding centre visit, bird watching and see wild animals like rhinos, peacocks, crocodiles, deer’s etc. You will visit deep in the national park on elephant back. You will see one-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and, if lucky, the Royal Bengal tiger. After 2-3-hours of elephant safari, you can enjoy canoeing river. Later in the evening, you will enjoy Tharu cultural program. You can have the most thrilling and exciting wildlife experience of your lifetime in Chitwan National Park.
We complete our last activities at the Chitwan National Park. Leaving the lowlands behind, you head back into the foothills of the Himalayas to Pokhara (140-kms/5-hrs). The drive is very much similar to that we had while coming to Chitwan from Kathmandu. Pokhara is popular city after Kathmandu because of its beauty; relaxed atmosphere the lakeside town affords magnificent views of the snow-capped peaks of the mighty Annapurna mountain range. There is plenty to keep you busy in and around the town, including short walks, caves, boat rides and nearby excursions.
Early in the morning we drive approximately 30 minutes to reach the Sarangkot hill (1592m) At Sarangkot one gets to see the sunrise and the magnificent views of the Himalayan like Mt Dhaulagiri (8167m), Annapurna IV (7525m), AnnapurnaIII (7555m), Machhapuchere (6993m). Enjoy the beautiful sunrise, mountains and Himalayan ranges and return back to hotel for the breakfast. After breakfast, depart for the full day sightseeing. Major tour highlights are Bindobasini temple, Devi’s fall, Gupteshowr cave, world peace stupa, Mahendra cave. Later enjoy the boating at Fewa Lake. In the evening, enjoy your free time for shopping and other individual activities.
Finally, it is back to Kathmandu for one last chance to wander around the city and perhaps do some last minute shopping or a little more sightseeing. In the evening we will have farewell dinner at the traditional restaurant.
Will have some free time until the time to leave to airport, approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight a representative from Nepal Adventure Point will transfer you to the airport to connect onward destination or join another programs with Nepal Adventure Point!!

Arrival Information: We don't expect any problems, and nor should you, but if for any reason you are unable to commence your trip as scheduled, as soon as possible please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com OR call us at +9779851050327 as emergency contact. Our airport representative will be waiting with your Name or Nepal Adventure Point sign on it. Please check carefully once you exit the baggage hall as there seem to be hundreds of people waiting outside in the arrival gate and have not made contact with our representative within 30 minutes , we recommend that you make your own way to the hotel and we will pay you back taxi cost if this occurs. From the airport Thamel is 6-kms far but it takes almost half an hour to reach by cab.
Important Stuffs: All the entire documents for Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara Tour are required, such a Chitwan National Park entrance permit. Please carry along 2 passport size photo, copies of your passport or valid Identities card.
Single supplement: All accommodations are based on double occupancy. If you prefer single accommodations, you must pay a single supplement fee, which is listed to the trip itinerary. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will try to match you with a roommate of the same gender for the duration of the trip
Accommodation: During the Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara Tour part we accommodate on tourist standard hotels in city and lodge/resort at Chitwan national park.
Food and Drink:: We not included in cities but meals are includes at Chitwan National Park, traveller’s are allowing eating what, when and how much they want thus giving them more choice and flexibility than a fixed menu. Mostly the buffet style breakfast will be provided in the hotel in Kathmandu, Nagarkot and Pokhara. So we suggest changing (Approximately - USD 200 per member) for normal breakfast, lunch, dinner and soft drinks.
Tour Supporter: On Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara Tour are accompanied by one of our Chinese speaking local tour Guide and expert driver.
Tipping: A rough guideline is USD 2-3 per group member per day for tour guide and USD 1-2 per group member per day for a driver, however if you wish to tip more that is always welcome.
